Our goal is to make a modest income while not selling out to the California investment firms currently snatching up NM homes.
The gentrification and monoplization of real estate that has been taking place in larger markets the last 30 years has started to make it way into New Mexico.
With more and more people moving to our Land of Enchantment, we believe its impoortant to create single family homes that are reliably remodeled and sold to familines in need.
Whenev er possible we work with county and city non-profits to ensure first time home buyers and those in financieal need have access to homes.
